This beautiful house will become your dream holiday escape, split across two levels there is plenty of room for the whole family or two families.
The ground floor has two spacious bedrooms, the main floor has an open plan living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with new appliances, separate rumpus/study, three bedrooms, the master bedroom has ensuite. There is Free Wifi throughout the house and two split system air conditioners for your comfort.
Featuring a large indoor swimming pool (pool is NOT heated) that leads through to the outdoor entertaining area perfect for large gatherings with built-in outdoor furniture and outdoor shower.
A sprawling deck with sensational lake and ocean views complete this amazing and unique property.

Summary: The property is on two levels and is very spacious with great views across the town and water from the extensive deck. The main living area and master bedroom are west facing with an extensive full hight glass frontage and can become quite hot on a summer afternoon/evening. There is no air conditioning in the master bedroom.

Summary: Our stay was fantastic, thank you very much for your wonder accomadation. Just 1 little thing if a child proof gate is installed at the top of the stairs would be ideal when toddlers stay there, other than that extremley happy.

Summary: We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in/use which was a bit disappointing; but otherwise it was a great trip away. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

Summary: A well equipped house with views of the river and town. Property appears to have been two apartments combined into one. House was clean and well styled. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and bonus pantry items. Whilst the pool was too cold to fully appreciate, the house was light, airy and relaxing. Beds comfortable and upstairs bathrooms modern and spacious. Property is a short walk to town and a shorter drive to the beach. Overall we loved the layout and location. It is definitely a house we will re-book. Would recommend to large family groups that value the separation of having a house that is essentially two abodes in one.

Summary: My family and I stayed in the Captains Quarters and just loved it! This house has so much to offer and we were so happy to have found it on Stayz! The views were amazing and my kids loved the indoor pool and table tennis! I personally loved cooking in the kitchen looking out to the view ,the furnishings how beautifully decorated everything was.. The beds were super comfy!!! I 100% recommend this house and hopefully one day get back here with a group of my friends as there are two separate areas almost like another house down stairs with another separate small kitchen. There are a lot of great entertainment areas to enjoy with a glass of wine or a good book.. Thanks for having us , we love Merimbula but this house made our stay extra special.. 🥰 Karen and Matt Ward
