Positive: The location was ideal, very central and a great size. Plenty if social spaces and overall very comfortable.

Negative: There are some improvements needed to make this a 5 out of 5 stay… Put hand towels in the bathroom One bedroom incredibly damp and the window doesn’t close The mattresses under the protectors were stained yellow - pretty disgusting The kitchen could do with new pans - the ones there look well used, Teflon coming off. Kitchen needs better equipping - no colander/sieve a only had basics One key provided for a house with 12 people - so if we went out seperate way we would have to use the key lock each time - ideally more keys should be provided. Your check in time is 4 pm which is quite late, and check out is 10am, when expected to strip your beds I think it’s an unreasonable considering we have to do the work..! Like I said, fix these issues and your property will be absolutely ideal. It didn’t hinder our stay but it would have been nice not to sleep on yellow stained mattresses.

Summary: Ideal location, wonderful size, great social spaces but has its flaws which need addressing.

Positive: The property was perfect for our group, with a lovely open plan kitchen and dining room. Very comfy and spacious rooms, the house never felt crowded. Large outdoor area and shower to warm up after a surf or swim. Great location close to town and Towan beach.

Negative: Everything was up to expectation and more.

Summary: Lovely time, often travel down to Newquay for surfing as a group, would 100% consider staying there again

Positive: Location is excellent, close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Lovely house.
