Positive: Conveniently located near the bay, it is a great place for people to stay during their fishing trips. They have a nice cleaning station for multiple people and cook pots. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need.

Negative: Bed and bedding seamed old and we're not comfortable.

Positive: I love the use of the original building. The upgrades are solid for the most part. Check in was friendly and efficient. Rooms are good size. Can walk down to the stores and a restaurant a block over.

Negative: The foam "mattress". It's a foam style "mattress" over a board. For me being older, it's very uncomfortable. Like a marshmallow that doesn't give. Not a fan The bathroom needed work. Water pressure is horrible and shower is made for 5' nothing so you have to slouch down to get your head wet. The water gets turned on in any unit and it echoed through our entire room....loud. Sheets had mascara on them (so it appeared) and the sham had mystery stains......ewwwww.
