Positive: House space and amenities were nice. It was quiet and restful. The rooms are spacious.

Negative: The heating and cooling were inconsistent and the west facing bedroom on the first floor did not have heat that worked. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were irregular and we had to be careful on them. We kept finding trash under furniture and our feet were very dirty from the floors.

Positive: We love the spaciousness of the house and the way it accommodates a large family. The kids love the lofts and sleeping spaces.

Negative: We had trouble getting the in room heat controls to work. We couldn’t get the bedroom TV to work and couldn’t find instruction.

Positive: The house was spacious and had a beautiful yard and view.

Negative: The toilet didn't work and was not repaired during our entire stay. The house was not clean. Cobwebs though the house, oven was filthy and smoked heavily when we attempted to use it due to obvious burnt food and grease in the bottom of the oven, dirty sheets in the upstairs master bedroom with black hairs found between the fitted and top sheets. Most of all, the house smells like urine from animals. The carpets desperately need cleaned.
