Positive: Very open space, comfortable beds, and great yard. Kitchen has everything you need. Dan was very responsive to all our requests and super friendly guy.

Negative: We really liked Dan's Shanty, One improvement, add a few hooks in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. And the knives could use a little sharpening.

Positive: House was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Backyard was equipped with deck, BBQ, fire pit, bar with huge umbrella and the appliances in back yard where propane.

Negative: Patio door, latch would not stay engaged. Locked or not, the door would open.
