Positive: We loved it here. The cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. There was even a welcome pack cake, biscuits, bottle of wine, etc, a lovely surprise, which went down a treat. The location was quiet, with beautiful views. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It's a short drive from Whitby town centre. There is also a lovely walk across the viaduct into Whitby. The swimming pool on site was an added bonus. Cathy was a great host who kept in contact with arrival times and directions, etc. Would not think twice about staying here again.

Positive: Access was easy, plenty of free parking. The site was very quiet. Out host was very personable, a welcome pack of milk etc. was much appreciated. The view of the viaduct was stunning. The rooms were pleasantly heated. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Negative: There was nothing to complain about.

Positive: Location for us was fabulous as we were attending a family wedding at Larpool Mill, 10 minutes walk. Also a great location to walk into Whitby. The cottage was very comfortable and clean, with all the home comforts for a great break away.
