Positive: At first, I was surprised by some of the negative reviews, but after staying here I can honestly say that the apartment is very clean inside and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the internet service is very good. The location is excellent, right in the city center, just a few steps away from shops, cafés, and all essential services. For the price, it is truly great value for money.

Negative: The only thing future guests should know is that the building itself is quite old and slightly worn inside, but this did not cause me any concern since the apartment itself is in very good condition.

Positive: I stayed at Hotel Africa before, and honestly the rooms there are very old inside and not renovated. This apartment was a much better experience: spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was in good condition, and the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Negative: The entrance of the building is not very clean, and the apartment is on the second floor, but this did not affect the quality of the stay. Inside, everything was great.

Summary: A spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment offering a much better experience than nearby hotels.

Positive: handy central location but in a very rundown down building.

Negative: the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs and was very old and very care-worn. Altogether it was quite depressing although the lounge and bedrooms were a good size. as others have commentated, the guy was attentive but I guess he has to be as there is so much that can go wrong with buildings this old. we had paid more than usual to have a nicer than usual place for the last 2 nights of our 5 week holiday but ended up with somewhere not nearly as nice as much cheaper places in Tunis and elsewhere.
