Negative: The first shock was that Mr Om Prakash at reception asked me Rs 3100 against the booking.com promised charges of Rs 2560 for a night stay. Even when I showed him booking.com mail and message, he remained adamant. I was disturbed by the movement of cockroaches on my body at 2 am and couldn't sleep after that as there were several of them. Because of this cockroach fear i even let go of the free breakfast as i developed doubts about the hygeine issues. The couch or sofa in the room is so uncomfortable that either one can't sit on it or even if one manages to sit, it's a challenge to stand if you are a senior citizen.
