Positive: Completely furnished. Clean and well organised with all facilities. Ben was always ready to answer my messages and needs. He provided additional cooking-ware when asked.

Negative: For my personal need (hospital worker) its location was not exceptional, given it was quite far from all hospital buildings. With this said, the area was very nice, quiet but also very close to Little Italy’s shops and restaurants.

Summary: My best welcome to Ottawa. First month of a year-stay, so much worth it!

Positive: Its a newly built accommodation with new appliances. Everyday use items are abundantly available. Probably the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in Ottawa

Positive: Very clean, modern and centrally located, close to a lot amenities

Negative: When people moved around in the floor above, one could hear every step and when right about the sleeping area, the ceiling light would rattle. Annoying but didn’t happen a lot

Summary: Property was very nice, well located, well appointed with a small issue of noise from the people above.

Positive: No breakfast provided but kitchen was well equipped to compensate for this besides ambiance was perfect.

Negative: A better couch would be a fine addition In case one needs to use it as a bed in the living room.

Summary: Over all my stay was a pleasant and comfortable one

Positive: We were in the very well appointed basement apartment, everything we needed was to hand and all worked well, The host went out of his way to give us early access, much appreciated. The apartment is well situated with easy access to various parts of Ottawa. Internet worked very well.

Negative: As this was the basement apartment, some of the complex's plumbing is contained in the apartment (out of site under steps) this had a noisy attached pump which activated frequently, assume when taps we being used, fortunately not much use at night so did not disturb our sleep.

Summary: Great apartment would stay again.
