Positive: Magnificent interior design in each facility, and the staff are super friendly and informative too.

Negative: Too much mosquitoes around, but it’s normal since the property is located in the rainforest.

Positive: Beautiful setting and the room was beautifully decorated. The main bar area with pool table was lovely and the staff were all very friendly & helpful.

Negative: There was a lot of steep uneven stairs up/down so may not be suitable for everyone. We had the tasting menu which was very disappointing for this standard of hotel.

Summary: Beautiful setting and a real experience. A night or two would be perfect!

The team’s kindness stood out, organizing a sunrise walk through the rice fields and jungle with two exceptional guides. The heated pool was ideal for swimming, and the river and its temple added a peaceful charm. I also loved the private Balinese dance lesson—such a unique experience. Truly a magical stay!

Positive: The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, generous, and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you were happy. The resort is small but incredible, and the tented villas are an amazing and unique experience. Many complimentary gifts, food and drink during the stay including afternoon tea, and free cocktails..

Negative: The steps and paths of the resort are not suitable for people with significant mobility issues.
