Positive: Perfect location to walk to the beach with a beautiful new playground and shallow water for the kids to play in. Plenty of room in the house and ideal second house with own facilities.

Negative: The backyard has a trampoline what was great but the grass area was only half useable because of concrete slab and a sort of fire pit. Luckily the outside deck is spacious and beach a few minutes walk.
