Positive: We returned to Cape Azure after a trip to Koh Phangan. We booked and checked in within 5 hours. Khun Ball, the Operation Manager, said, "We are waiting to welcome you and family back to our villa, we had a villa ready for you and your family." We arrived almost at noon and were exhausted, so we spent our time by the private pool in the villa, which had a very spacious living room, probably even bigger than my own house. Khun Ball remembered that our family likes fruit, so he prepared some for us. He is very observant and remembers everything about what each person in my family likes and dislikes. In the afternoon, we walked around the large garden in front of the villa and down to the private beach. We noticed that many trees had been planted. We learned from Khun Ball that the villa owner loves trees and intends to have as much green space as possible. Every bedroom faces the sea, offering views of Gulf of Thailand from the window, with birds flying around. At night, our family went to see a movie in the villa, very large private cinema room. The breakfast selection was diverse, and the fruit was beautifully carved. We tried to help in the kitchen because we wanted to learn fruit carving, but in the end, we couldn't do it. The chef gave us a carving knife as a souvenir, but we could not take it on the plane, so we told him we would come back next year to learn fruit carving from him. We will be back next year. Khun Ball said the mango tree planted on the beach will bear fruit next year. We took pictures there already, and we will come back next year to take pictures with that mango tree with our grandchildren during their school holidays. Another thing I really liked was that they created a WhatsApp group so we could contact the staff during our stay.

Negative: Our holiday is too short but we will be back next year.

Positive: I visited Koh Samui and stayed at a hotel. I rented a car and drove around the island until I got lost. I came across a villa at the tip of a Plailaem peninsula (I think the name is like this), less than 1 minute walk to the beach. After parking, a staff member, who I assumed was the manager, approached me and asked if he could help. I told him I might be lost. He said, "My name is Ball, very nice to welcome you and don't worry, I will help you. He then asked for details about my current hotel and told me it wasn't far away. If I got lost, he would help by taking me there. I asked, "Is your hotel new?" I'd never seen it before. He said, "Yes, we are new and we are waiting for our first guests." So, I asked him to show me around the hotel and was impressed by its very beauty, look like private resort than a hotel. All the bedrooms face the sea, I saw another big island as well. The living room is very huge. There is a large swimming pool with a depth divided between the children's and adult pools. There is indoor and outdoor dining. I came during the day, and the weather was perfect. The hotel is near Six Senses Samui. After walking for about 30 minutes, I asked the manager if I could be their very first guest. He smiled and said, “Yes, madam.” I didn’t tell him, but I immediately booked through Booking.com. The next day, I came back to surprise him, and his reaction was truly memorable. I loved the beauty of this place. The villas are huge, but they exude an indescribable warmth. The staff speak excellent English and are always eager to ask if I need anything. Breakfast is very nice at the outdoor sitting area overlooking to the sea. Our family were spent a very happy time together seeing a big moon in the private swimming pool. I am now thinking about how many more days I will stay here.

Negative: Our Samui trip were short, but we have already told the team that we will definitely return to this villa again. We are truly impressed by their attentive service, and the villa itself is incredibly spacious and wonderfully comfortable.

From the road, we saw the shimmer of the ocean—so we parked to walk around and take in the view. That’s when we noticed a beautifully designed villa estate tucked just beneath the lane, perched above the hill as if hidden in plain sight. As we approached, a staff member greeted us warmly and introduced himself as Ball. Even though we weren’t lost, he still asked if we needed any help and welcomed us with such sincerity that we instantly felt at ease. When he mentioned that this was a brand-new luxury villa preparing to welcome its first guests, we asked if he could show us around. A short peek turned into something magical. Every bedroom faces the endless stretch of the azure sea. The living area feels like a private coastal residence—airy, elegant, and flooded with natural light. The swimming pool gracefully extends along the terrace, with separate sections for adults and children. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces open directly to the ocean breeze. After returning to our hotel that evening, we booked Cape Azure on Booking.com without hesitation. When we arrived the next day for check-in, Ball greeted us with a smile full of surprise and warmth—it made our stay feel all the more personal. One of our favorite places was the cinema room. In the evenings, we watched movies and our favorite Netflix shows, leisurely lying down on beds with surround sound—our own private theater. Later at night, we walked along the lawn in front of the villa. The grass was cool beneath our feet, and the ocean was silent except for the rhythmic break of the waves. That feeling of standing under the night sky with the sea stretched endlessly ahead of us… it’s something I’ll never forget. Mornings were just as lovely.
