Summary: Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaar van het prachtige huis. We kregen direct een rondleiding en we waren erg enthousiast. Ook de tuin en het zwembad (nog niet gebruiksklaar) lagen er prachtig bij en was in stijl met de natuur en de omgeving. De omgeving was bergachtig en dus beschikten wij over prachtige uitzichten. Zeer de moeite waard! En omdat de eigenaar zo vriendelijk was beloofde ik hem in Nederland voor zijn huis reclame te maken.

Summary: We hebben een geweldige vakantie gevierd in Casa Max. We is een gezin met twee kinderen, 11 en 3 jaar oud. De aankomst was hartverwarmend. De eigenaren waren reeds aanwezig en hun schoondochter kwam iets later (wij waren te vroeg). Voor de kinderen kwamen meteen ijsjes uit de vriezer en drinken uit de koelkast. Verder stond er een grote schaal koekjes klaar voor ons en in de koelkast stond wijn, bier en een fles water al koud. Het huis is een prachtig authentiek Toscaans huis. Het balkon is groot zat (ca 18m2) met een adembenemend uitzicht. Verder is het een ruim huis en was alles keurig schoon. Het heeft geen vakantiehuis 'vibe', maar alsof je op bezoek gaan bij zeer goede vrienden. Dit komt mede door de inrichting. De omgeving is erg mooi. Voor ons was het de eerste keer in Italië, maar zeker niet de laatste keer. Besef wel dat wanneer je dit huis boekt, je altijd wel afhankelijk bent van de auto voor de boodschappen. De rit naar de Conad (dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt) is ca 12 minuten. Het ideale vonden wij dat we dicht bij diverse bezienswaardigheden zaten, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio en daar de drukte konden opzoeken. Eenmaal terug was het heerlijk genieten van het zwembad, het huis en de heerlijke rust. De eigenaren komen elke paar dagen (3 tot 5 dagen) langs. Hier heb je totaal geen last van. Ze maken de tuin mooi aan kant en maken het zwembad schoon. Ook hebben wij diverse malen verse groenten en fruit uit hun eigen gaarde mogen ontvangen. Al met al een super vakantie en een locatie die zeer aanbevelingswaardig is.

Summary: Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Masimmo en Diletta , Diletta spreekt vloeiend Engels en communicatie is geen probleem. Welkomst wijntje en wat lekkers stonden klaar voor ons. Heel leuke en rustige omgeving. Huis was werkelijk KRAAKNET !

Summary: Het verblijf was ideaal gelegen om de stadjes te bezoeken. Het ontvangst was super vriendelijk mischien 1 min punt is dat er 1 van de eigenaars van het huisje om de 2 dagen onverwachts op bezoek kwam om het zwembad te reinigen en de tuin te onderhouden

Summary: De aankomst was hartverwarmend, de eigenaren stonden ons al op te wachten en we kregen gelijk wat te drinken aangeboden. Daarna zijn ze met ons door het huis gelopen om alles te laten zien. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met als grote trekkers het balkon met een fantastisch panoramisch uitzicht en de tuin met het zwembad. We hebben hier heel wat mooie uurtjes doorgebracht. We hebben heerlijk genoten van de rust en het uitzicht boven op 'onze' berg. En dat is het enige waar je rekening mee moet houden bij het boeken, je zit echt boven op een berg en doet er bijna 20 minuten over om beneden te komen. Wij hebben hier bewust voor gekozen en vonden het heerlijk. Over de omgeving kun je kort zijn, Toscane is geweldig!!

Summary: De aankomst bij het huis is zeer hartelijk! Contact met de eigenaren verloopt grotendeels via de schoondochter die goed Engels spreekt. Het huisje is echt fantastisch! Alles is er voorhanden. Zelfs in beide badkamers is er een haardroger voorzien. Sedert deze zomer is er ook airco in de slaapkamers. Uiteraard een meerwaarde. Wij gingen er naartoe met onze 2 dochters van 6 en 9 jaar. Voor ons was het huis zeer ruim. Er kon gerust nog een koppel bij. Onze dochters vonden het zwembad natuurlijk TOP! Wat ons ook aanspreekt is de ligging. Op een half uurtje rijden van Pisa, een goed uurtje rijden van Firenze. Perfect voor daguitstapjes, maar wel allemaal met de wagen. (Wat wij wel zo gewoon zijn) Anderzijds kan je ook aangenaam luieren in de tuin van het huis zelf. Wat ik wel graag nog wil meegeven als tip voor toekomstige bezoekers. Dit is een streek gevoelig aan tijgermuggen. Er is heel wat anti-muggenmiddel voorhanden in het huis, maar een middel om jezelf mee in te smeren is geen overbodige luxe. In het huis zelf is het muggenvrij. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van muggengaas. Maar buiten kan het wel eens vervelend zijn. Er is een fantastisch terras waar heel wat aangename uurtjes werden doorgebracht met een heerlijk uitzicht. Echter daar kunnen de muggen wel eens vrij aanwezig zijn. Vermoedelijk is dat in periodes en misschien hadden wij dan op dat gebied wat pech. Laat dit echter de pret niet bederven! Dit huis is zeer zeker een aanrader om je vakantie door te brengen -) Er wordt goed voor gezorgd door de eigenaren.
