Positive: Close to family for a wedding, right on interstate, beds were comfy, had a blow dryer. AC was cold.

Negative: Floors were dirty. Mashed bug remnants on walls, no extra blankets or pillows. No coffee creamer. Apparently all supplies were not delivered and would come after our 2 day stay. Lots of family members stayed there so was a full house for the wedding and not stocked up for our arrival. Desk clerk didn't seem all too thrilled about anything. No outlets near bathroom for hair dryer. Windows broke and glued together. I was told by locals that was recently bought and they are in the works of fixing it up. Unusable outdoor furniture, all covered in bird poop.
