Positive: Friendly staff, well designed grounds with trees. Lovely little swimming pool and private space behind the cabins to sit out. The restaurant was popular with live music.

Negative: It would have been nice to have comfortable chairs to sit inside the cabin. They were spacious enough but just had stools. Would have also been good to have a coffee machine in the room. You could get coffee from reception however.

Negative: The bed is very uncomfortable. It is sunken in the middle.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay but we just wish the bed is more comfortable.

Negative: There was an odd smell in the bathroom. Maybe coming from the drains ??? We missed breakfast one day. Not sure if the hours were reasonable, but I wish I could have gotten it!

Positive: I loved everything about your resort. Loved it! Every detail and need was met. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. There was even a shower and bathroom available by the pool. The deep end of the pool even had a shelf to sit on, the shallow end had plenty of space for relaxing on the steps. There was even a fun basketball hoop. There was a fire pit, too! I could go on and on--a laundry room, large towels for the pool, etc. The cool water in the lobby was delightful! Great seating area and computer access. Everything was just so well thought out and accessible. And, the rooms was great. The down comforters and soft beds were dreamy! I couldn't get my child out of the bed on the second day. They were so comfortable and warm. Loved the room! The staff was helpful and friendly, too. Kindest people! It was just so nice!! We loved our stay there. Loved it!!

Negative: I have no recommendation whatsoever. You have a wonderful hotel!

Summary: Best hotel ever! Fantastic food, pool, comfy rooms, and friendly staff. Truly a delightful stay!

Positive: It was a perfect stay between parks, the lady at the front desk was very very nice; we also loved the hot tub, very relaxing after a day of mountain hikes and travel.

Positive: Lovely room, comfortable bed and spacious well equipped bathroom. Great breakfasts with enough choices for local and overseas guests. Great pool and hot tub especially enjoyed after a days hiking. Well located for a number of state and national parks. My husband used the gym and appreciated the range of equipment. Nice outdoor area which was opened up to the pool on hot days (we enjoyed watching the thunderstorm pass by!). On site Restaurant ok - burgers were very good though. Driving or longish walking distance to town takeaways and restaurants. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

Negative: Pool opens at 8am and breakfast finishes at 9 am so limited time for pool exercise in the morning.

Summary: Modern hotel with lovely spacious rooms and great breakfast.
