Negative: Room was very humid as no fan. Left window open but then heard the drunks and obnoxious seagulls. Shower was dirty, still had hair from previous person. No garbage liners in the bins.

Positive: Calm and quiet location, convenient late check in, huge shared kitchen.

Negative: It was super noisy if someone used water in the nearest room. It sounds like someone uses electricity shaver, but looks like it some water pump right in the wall. Very small bed for two people.

Positive: Location and 24 hour reception rooms are basic but ok for the price.

Negative: I thought we had a living area and kitchen to ourselves but we had 3 rooms and the 4th was occupied by strangers.

Positive: The location is convenient and secure. The apartments are large and it’s great that the rooms are all en suite. Staff were friendly and kindly stored our bags for the afternoon following checkout.

Negative: Nothing major. Minor: One of our rooms had a recess in the wall which was clearly made by a person punching it that was a bit odd but the property is clearly a student accommodation in term time which explains this - not an issue given the price but still this could have been addressed given it will undoubtedly have been identified when the students checked out.

Summary: Great for groups of tourists
