Summary: We had a city view with a balcony. It was particularly enjoyable at night when all of the city lights were lit up. The valet staff and staff that originally checked us in were great. Evening desk staff was not super friendly. Didnt necessarily have a bad experience but no "hi/bye", no smile, just looked up at us then back down to the work he was doing. Which isn't that big of a deal. I mean, we're not royalty. I just prefer a more personable front desk person. Walkable to several restaurants. The hotel room was clean and they offered things that other hotels don't from my limited hotel experience. Things like: cotton balls, cotton swabs, and mouthwash. The hair dryer was decently powerful, not weak other hotels dryers I've used. The rooftop bar was a total vibe. It had a beautiful view. The aesthetic was stunning and would be a wonderful place to hang out and chill. Overall, very impressed and satisfied. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The location of the hotel is great! There are many restaurant options nearby, and it feels safe to walk in the neighborhood. Additionally, Ebony at the front desk was very sweet and helpful over the phone when I called prior to my stay. However, the hotel itself is lacking in service, and the rooms are mediocre for the price — it felt basic and low-end for the price point. My shower door wouldn’t close properly, and the curtains didn’t slide smoothly. The noise level—especially from the food delivery truck—was insane. I was woken up at 3:30 a.m. and called the front desk; she said they would be gone in 10 minutes, but they had already been there for 20. I understand it’s out of her hands, but perhaps the hotel should consider offering earplugs.

Summary: The overall experience was very nice and comfortable. Good location. Room was comfortable, though the temperature changed after midnight - and became too warm. Our bathroom needed a few adjustments. Potty moved a little - so needed to be re set in place. Shower had a broke tile on the floor drain. ( Did not check under the drain cap in the shower to see if it was properly cleaned) Cleaness was overall good. Beds comfortable. Closet design VERY VERY efficient and handy. Loved it. Water supply and ice amenity was a good and handy. Staff was very attentive, though it felt understaffed on the weekend. A bit of support is needed at meal time. For cleaning tables and distributing food. Too many customers and very little staff. Yougurt parfait was good. It works for the week - but not for the weekend. Valet very convenient. Looking forward to our next visit.
