Summary: Excellent, friendly service. The views were amazing, and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the bar in the evening and had great massages at the spa. We can't wait to return.

Summary: Beautiful well appointed room with fireplace, balcony, clawfoot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony with view of the waterfront and bridge with ships going slowly by was amazing. Best hotel stay breakfast ever, with lots of delicious choices and custom omelette bar made for a great start to our morning.

Summary: We had an exceptional stay! The room was warm and beautifully designed, with incredible attention to detail. The fireplace added such a cozy touch, and I loved relaxing by the window seat with the provided binoculars to watch the wildlife and ships along the Columbia River, every room seems to have an amazing view! The bathroom felt like a private spa. There was a gorgeous claw-foot tub perfectly positioned to take in the scenery, plus a luxurious spa shower and separate water closet. The ambience throughout the entire building was phenomenal, elegant but welcoming. The staff went above and beyond the entire time. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the omelets. Their service truly made our weekend trip unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and breathtaking views. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: The location, layout, and quality is outstanding. However, the tub needs much more handles and safety handles. The shower controls need to be labeled or replaced. Very difficult to determine how they work. Finally the heater/fire place is a great idea but simple instructions need to be at each of the two controls. Overall with these fixes this could be the best hotel we have stayed at.
