Summary: The only thing I had a problem with was after a long day of working, I went to the hotel and had to wait 10 minutes at the main desk because no one was there. I rang the bell 3 times and still nothing. Almost went to the holiday inn and then the lady finally came to the counter. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Summary: Arrived at 6pm and room not ready, there was a loud fan running but not from my bathroom none stop whole time. Considering no breakfast it’s overpriced for the area. Staff is always nice though and location is great for the area.

Summary: Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff on every shift that i encountered were very friendly and welcoming and had great follow through on a few requests we had during our stay. The rooms were huge which was great since we had a pretty big dog, clean, and the beds were phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Well for 1..After we had checked out we was charged $25.00 for Iam not even sure why not even including the total of the room and we was never informed of this charge at all. There dirty company! There was nothing wrong with the room at all so that was not the issue here at all! Any way they can make an extra $$ this company will!!!!

Summary: This is my second or third time staying at this Candlewood and there’s nothing I can complain about. It’s easily accessible, clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great.
