Positive: I have a bad back and have to sleep in a recliner and Candlewood almost always has them available. The staff was accommodating, easy to work with and very friendly.

Negative: it would be nice if you offered breakfast. This would not stop me from coming to Candlewood, but I was trying to think of something constructive.

Positive: Home away from home in a very clean, friendly, safe and welcoming environment. Convenient to every service you need, FREE laundry use, handy small kitchen, good housekeeping!

Negative: Folks in the room above were a bit noisy, observed a guest with his dog inside and off leash.

Summary: We have traveled alot, and I can confidently say this is a well managed property!

Positive: Good location for our needs. But overall a disappointment.

Negative: We travel a lot; domestic and international. This is the first accommodation we have EVER stayed in that could not provide any ice. There are no common ice machines. The front desk told me that the refrigerator had an ice maker which it did not and even if it had, the water supply line was not connected. It was more than the inconvenience of a lack of beverage ice. I was in my second post-operative week after knee replacement and needed ice for wound management. The hotel could only offer condolences but no ice. Furthermore, my wife found a roach on the bathroom floor and the coffee maker had not been cleaned since the last guest. The coffee condiments were not enough for two people. The carpet in the room appeared to be quite dirty.

Summary: Overall disappointment.
