Inside your condo the massive Douglas fir beams and original 14 foot exposed brick walls are without compare. This fully furnished 1,250 square foot condominium comfortably sleeps 8 adults in the king bedroom with private bath, 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds, and fold out couch in the living room. The 2nd full bathroom and in-suite Jacuzzi add comfort for everyone. Although not stocked for a gourmet chef, the kitchen includes all of the amenities that you expect for a weekend retreat including a full size range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
Outside your bedroom window is the William A. Irving Ore Boat which is available for tours; for a special treat come during October for the haunted ship! If fishing the big lake is on the menu, Duluth’s charter fleet is across the parking lot. Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. Having access to the hotel amenities - gym, pool was nice. It was great to have the Hoops Brewery attached - we were happy to have it during NBA western conference finals. I’d recommend this property.

Summary: We needed somewhere to stay for graduation. We had to consider the size of our party and accessibility to the DECC for our 82 year old mom to walk for the ceremony. This place fit the bill. It accommodated us and was so affordable compared to getting 2 hotel rooms for the weekend. I couldn’t believe it had a hand mixer and mixing bowls so I could finish making the dessert. It was so comfortable and saved us so much money as we could make our own breakfasts and dinner. The hosts had excellent communication. We will be back

Summary: Wonderful place to stay and awesome to be able to use the hotel Hot tub and Pool. Owner was pleasant and great to work with. Walking distance to everything in Canal Park. Highly recommmed, especially for a family with teenagers.
