Summary: The apartment has been renovated recently to a very high standard. Whilst it is quite small it is perfect for a couple. The balcony is brilliant with a fantastic view over the sea - the sandy public beach (for swimming) is immediately opposite. For location, the apartment is below Le Suquet, a much quieter area than La Croisette beyond the marina. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Summary: This is our second stay here and we hope to come again next year. Everything is perfect for us. The location is great, easy walk into town to all the restaurants and just across the road to the beach. If you want to go further afield you can use either the train or the bus which again is easy walking distance. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all you need for a super stay and well equipped. Check in and out was easy. Thank you and hope we see you again next year

Summary: Stayed here with my friend of 50 years and you couldn’t wish for a better location. It is exactly as described. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. There are plenty of restaurants. One of our favourites was Au Mal Assis, which was a couple of hundred yards from the apartment. Looking forward to staying again when I come back to Cannes. Thank you Katherine.

Summary: The apartment is clean, fresh and modern with plenty of amenities. It’s in a perfect location and is within easy walking distance of all attractions, bars, restaurants and the train station. The view is just beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening watching the world go by and spotting the cruise ships! Catherine was a great host and quick to respond to queries. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Cannes.

Summary: We have just returned from an 11 night stay and loved it. Catherine was always quick to reply to any questions, check in was simple. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere and if you want to go further afield the train station is only a short walk also. So no car needed. The view from the apartment is amazing and we spent hours just sat watching. The apartment had all you needed for a great holiday and we definitely want to return next year. Thank you
