Positive: The Facilities were great and ample and the accommodation was quite endearing and cozy, especially with the view outside and little bars nearby. Extremely clean and a beautiful decor that makes you really feel warm and at home. The view from the room was spectacular!

Negative: I'd only have one complaint and it would be that there wasn't any staff there at all, we stayed for one night and we never saw a single person. We had to call a number to open the building door and then the keys were just there... on the desk and nobody around to greet us in. We could've stolen whatever we wanted or taken any other keys or food/water if we were bad people since there's nobody there. (we didn't of course). It was the only issue!

Positive: The location of the property is perfect. In the heart of the old and very small town of Collbato. A great jumping off point for hiking in the area. The breakfast was hearty and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the pool looked lovely (didn’t try it).

Negative: I removed some stars as the hotel wasn’t open when I arrived. I called the number on the door and no one answered. I bumped into another guest looking to check in who told me they would be closed until 6. It would be good for guests to know this in advance or have a way for guests to check in earlier. I had travelled a lot on the day and was looking forward to rest.

Summary: Lovely location and staff, clean hotel, hearty breakfast, major drawback was check in difficulties
