Positive: The villa was absolutely stunning and more than equipped to fit our needs, good quiet location in a nice residential area and the pool was lovely on a hot day (freezing otherwise). The company were very quick to reply to our multiple concerns and help us - all issues were sorted out quickly

Negative: The sheets and towels weren’t very clean. One of the toilets in the bathrooms didn’t flush at all. There were 5 of us staying, and showering was difficult because only the first two people to shower would get hot water, it was cold the rest of the time. The villa is very cold throughout the day and night so the heaters and blankets provided were a must. When we arrived the pool was very murky but upon asking we were informed that this was because the owner had treated it with chemicals the previous day. The main letdown for us was the lack of a guide booklet with recommended attractions, places to eat/trusted taxi companies/instructions on how to check out etc. as it felt we were left with no guidance. It felt quite obvious to us that we were the first to stay there so far this year as not everything was maintained/cleaned.

Summary: Lovely stay overall but obvious that we were the first of the season
