Summary: The Summit View Camp provided us with some much needed relaxation and a gorgeous sunset over the rolling mountains! However, my camera wouldn't do it justice.We used the grill to cook steaks, and the oven to roast potatoes and the stove top to saute some veggies! It was a delicious meal that we ate sitting outside while enjoying the breeze and the peacefulness! Eureka has small-town charm - we ate at Jax Cafe for breakfast and then Tacos4Ever for an early dinner before heading home. Rhonda was super helpful the day we checked in... While I was packing I wondered if I needed steak knives and salt and pepper.... I texted her and she assured me those items were already there! We would definitely stay there again! The camper was super clean and the bed was comfy! Next time we go we hope to build a campfire to sit around and make some smores!
