1 Bedroom House in Butte, Palmer

Our camper was brand new last year and has only been used a couple of times. Queen bed in the front with a memory foam mattress. Full size bunk beds in the back. The table and couch make additional beds. Dishes and utensils included. Camper has one large slide out making it roomy for a family. Fireplace, heat and AC. Outdoor seating area includes a picnic table, camp chairs, propane fire pit and a Cornhole set. 7 minute drive from town and grocery stores. Many multi use trails nearby that allow horses, bikes and ATV’s.
Dogs allowed if well mannered and potty trained, must be on leash and never left in camper unsupervised. Welcome to bring ATV’s but please be courteous and slow while in the neighborhood. Local trail maps will be provided. Horses are welcome, you will need to have your own panels, current EIA and no stallions. We love our property because it is quiet, amazing mountain views and wildlife frequently visit. We have a small hobby farm with livestock and honey bees on property.

Summary: We rented this place for my parents to stay in while we were all visiting family. They are avid RVers and the price was within our budget so we booked this place. Overall it was fairly clean but we did notice some mystery smudges on the sheets and pillow cases. My parents are pretty easy going so they just flipped them over and didn't complain much. My main complaint(and it is minor really) would be that the property description should have included the fact that in order for you to use anything but the lights, you would need to go outside and crank up a portable gas generator. Even if all you needed was to charge your phone, you'd have to crank it up. The water did function just fine but we had to be careful not to use too much because there wasn't a water hose hooked up so we only had what was in the tank. Lastly, no TV, no readily available wifi. Overall though, we were happy despite the minor items above and we would probably stay again.
