Summary: Hotel is great! Pools are great, georgeus town and views! Super relax. Deff not a party town. Not to many food options inside hotel amd pricey breakfast speciallyfor kids, deff get a cab to downtown for other options.

Summary: Nice quiet place, clean, alot of walking stairs. Unfortunately no free in room coffee, only 1st nite, if you want coffee for next days you have to order and they charge you for a very small cup. Or you can go to breakfast after 8am (i believe) get out of bed, and go to lobby for free coffee. Also we did not like that they do not allow coolers or speakers by pool. So we played it at our balcony on our own private pool, we got a room that came with a pool. Other than that, if you get a room with a pool you have no view of the bahia, since its ground level. Just domething to consider. Other than that friendly staff, clean rooms. Food is good, but we rented a csr a drove everywhere and ate everywhere around town.

Summary: The receptionists at check in were extremely helpful. My mom needed an accessible room and they made a significant effort to allow us an early and late check in/out in an accessible room. It was a bit cumbersome getting back and forth from the beach to the room. we needed a golf cart. however, they were usually very responsive. However, I do recommend having at least one or two accessible wheelchairs or chairs with hard backs available on the beach itself. It was great that they had a lifeguard on duty because the rip current was strong. it was very quiet and peaceful not many people were there and it felt very relaxing. all the amenities were very well kept and beautiful. my one main issue was the food /cost. The food was very expensive and the quality was not great. Filtered water was not easy to access and it was very expensive to buy. overall, it was a great place, and does require some advance planning if you need any extra accommodations but the staff will do their best to meet your needs.
