Positive: Towels and Bedding were clean.

Negative: There was no parking despite the fact you are told to park in front of the gate on the grass verge. You might just fit a motorbike on it. Even though it states Port Isaac it’s outwith by about 3 miles. The tiny back garden wasn’t viable as you had to squeeze sideways to get up to it and the steps were very steep. The bottom patio was tiny, wildly overgrown with dirty furniture. It’s a real shame as everything in this cottage appears of high quality and was well equipped but hasn’t been looked after. From cobwebs to dead creatures to damp walls and sticky surfaces In the kitchen it really wasn’t pleasant. You could smell dampness upon entry. We were really disappointed. A real bottoming at the beginning of the season with constant upkeep would have made a difference. Photos are available.

Positive: Cute and very comfortable cottage. Great bathtub as well! Well located to explore the region and the charm of Port Isaac!

Negative: We loved everything, the two minor things. The very early check out, especially when the check in is 5pm. Some of the pots and pans are also a bit old and could need replacement.

Positive: Wonderful little cottage, beautiful furnished and well-equipped. Perfect position for accessing many different local beaches and towns, but away from the tourist crush. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be going back.
