Positive: The village and the quietness of the area
Negative: The windows were very dirty. Cobwebs inside. Sliding toilet seat. We didn’t realise the garden was not secure for our dog

Positive: lounge area, light and airy, shower enclosure good, quiet location, watching and listening to birds
Negative: garden not enclosed, Not within a mile of pub or shop, which were part of my search requests. not cleaned properly:- back of toilet, full of dust and hair, as was the toilet brush cleaner, toilet brush had faeces in brush. marks on rug, which I cleaned off as I wasn’t going to be hot with £200 bill for any problems. cobwebs around light fittings and walls, cigarette butts in garden around furniture. I would not normally mention these items, but cost of property and damage charge I felt it should be pristine.

Positive: Kelmscot is a home away from home, clean comfortable and tranquil, just a lovely place to be, Sam was fantastic, had a slight issue on arrival, Sam sorted it out quickly and came by later to make sure everything was ok, thank you so much Sam, we loved it. Greg & Dawn

Positive: Very nice cottage, well stocked with all we needed. Excellent location. Warm, cosy.
Negative: TVs in the bedrooms weren't working, not tuned I think. There was all the rubbish from previous guests. Dripping tap. These problems wouldn't be a problem except that they had all been reported by previous guests 3 months ago in the visitors book. Perhaps the owners need to keep a better eye on things
