Positive: Well-equipped kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Welcome pack. Underfloor heating. Extra-large and comfortable bed. Private garden that's a sun-trap. Location, private yet close to amenities (Pubs, Coffee shop, Cafe, Ice cream, Post office, Castle!)

Positive: Appreciated the welcome food/drink, excellent cleanliness, ideal location for cafes, lovely private garden, flowers in house, extra warm covers, qúiet and peaceful.

Negative: Inadequate ironing board cover and foam underlay. The cover is far too small and is not fastened to the ironing board and neither is the very thin foam underlay. Both ironing board cover and foam fell off completely several times whilst attempting to iron clothes. Foam fell off completely when returning the ironing board to the utility room. Thicker foam underlay and a correct size iron cover is required and for both underlay and cover to be securely fastened to the ironing board. Thank you. Inadquate fresh air in Cottage - no natural ventilation and ineffective/inadequate fan in shower room and unable to open the window in the extremely hot and stuffy bedoom. Your attention to the ventilation in the Cottage would be much appreciated.

Summary: I was delighted to be able to stay in the Cottage a second time.
