Summary: We had more than a few challenges, and the response from the hotel's management was less than professional. This was a disappointment, as we have stayed there before and the approach, even when things went wrong, was always professional. I am hoping that this was a one-off experience!

Summary: Room was very spacious, and had a beautiful garden area right on the edge of a cliff that was perfect for sitting out on in the morning. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurants were great
