Positive: We stay at Cambria hotels often when traveling as they all tend to be updated and comfortable stays. The shower was good and the bed was really comfortable, I never wanted to leave it! Lol I actually liked the room set up too. The location was good for what we were in town for. It’s close to a shopping center (a couple actually) and lots of food options nearby.

Negative: The staff is not the most attentive. We arrived at nearly 4pm where check in starts at 3pm and they had no room ready (had to check with their housekeeping first who had to go up to the room first?) and there was no prior notification to us that a room would not be ready upon our arrival for any reason. We waited maybe 30 minutes for notification of a room. The staff had guests in the lobby that were visiting them, or so it seemed. When checking out, the staff was on her personal phone having casual conversation and didn’t immediately acknowledge us, pausing her conversation. So, staff would be the negative for the stay but otherwise all was well. Customer service is everything though. They weren’t horrible just could have been better and it’s worth mentioning.
