Positive: It was nice to get away, and enjoyed the thermal pools, but overall for the price, this place did not live up to standards. Decent property, overpriced.

Negative: The walls are very thin, we kept hearing our neighbors turn on/off their light switches. The property was a tad dated, and the included food was ok. It was nice to get away, and enjoyed the thermal pools, but overall for the price, this place did not live up to standards. Decent property, overpriced.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean

Negative: The water temperature in the family bathing area was too cold for us and our son. The breakfast didn't have as much varieties as we expected. Food generally was tasty, but not many healthy options.

Positive: The location is beautiful. The resort is located inside a national park with hiking trails and fantastic scenery. The resort has many amenities, including a thermal pool, spa, and children's play area. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Clean and beautiful hotel. Relaxful spa centre with enough water to drink. Helpful stuff at reception, restaurant and spa. A lot of fresh ant tasty food. Many options for kids. Comfortable beds with pillow’ menu. Live music party was pretty good. Unbelievable air around. Silence and good smelled rooms.

Negative: Was no stuff in bath like toothpaste and toothbrush, cotton discs/stick, only jel/shampoo in dispensers. Cleaning lady brings it after asking.
