On the western coast of the Peloponnese, approx. 25km north of the city Kyparissia, directly at the sea there is the village Kakovatos. An extensive dune beach, farm land, vegetable fields, olive groves, beautiful pine trees and the blue sea on the horizon are the characteristics of this area. The village itself is quiet, rural and modest with a couple of taverns, Cafés, and beach bars at the seashore.
The property NIKOS is located on the outskirts of Kakovatos, directly behind a dune on a densely overgrown property. The 3 terraced houses in a row and the 4 semi-detached houses NIKOS are situated on a large nature and garden property, just outside the village in a quiet, green area, well separated by lush, Mediterranean plants and a distance of 10 to 20mtr between the houses.

Summary: accueil sympa, le propriétaire à l’écoute de nos besoins présent tout en étant très discret. Propriété très agréable, bien entretenue, tranquille calme peu de vis-à-vis, petit Paradis d’arbres fruitiers, très ombragée et en même temps possibilité de bain de soleil. La nuit les fenêtres ouvertes nous sommes bersés par le Ressac, la plage étant à cinq minutes à pied.

Summary: Die Anlage mit den Häusern ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen inmitten der Oliven, Feigen und Orangenbäumen. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Einrichtung war praktisch und für uns absolut super. Wir haben diese Tage im Feriendomizil sehr genossen. Danke

Summary: Meine Frau und ich haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Karkovatos verbracht! Unsere tolle Unterkunft hatte daran großen Anteil weil wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Sauber, ruhig, toll gelegen genau das was wir gesucht haben. Die Häuser liegen wie beschrieben in mitten von Olivenbäumen, Zitonen und Orangenbäumen. Morgens und Abends saßen wir lange beim Frühstück oder Wein auf der wunderschönen Veranda, kühl im Schatten und ruhig zum Seele baumeln lassen... Dort haben wir gelesen und die Ruhe genossen. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten, den Strand hatten wir wirklich an allen Tagen für uns alleine. Tolles klares Wasser, feiner sauberer Sandstrand und kein Lärm waren genau das was wir gesucht haben. Kakovatos ist zu Fuß ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt, dort findet man alles nötige zur Versorgung oder um Essen zu gehen. Olympia, Sparta... alles nicht weit weg doch wir wollten ausschlafen, nichts tun und am Strand liegen, Schwimmen, Steine sammeln... Dazu gibt es die nettesten Gastgeber vor Ort, diese wohnen direkt ein paar Meter weiter auf dem Gelände. Sehr , sehr freundlich und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten oder übernächsten Jahr! Summary: Die Ferienhäuser liegen in einem wunderschönen Olivenhain in Strandnähe. Sie sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Für Anfragen vor Ort stehen einem die freundlichen Verwalter stets zur Verfügung. Die Anlage ist kinderfreundlich und hat durch den Ort Kakovatos eine gute Infrastruktur. Sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen wieder!
