Positive: Great host- met me for check-in, replied to messages quickly and helped me arrange a day trip to the national park. Room is as described, shower is great and drinks left in mini fridge was a nice touch also. Great location, 5/10 minute walk from old town with plenty shops and cafes around.

Negative: Was quiet enough during the night but was quite noisy at times where motorcycles passed outside, not sure much can be done about this

Positive: Was greeted by host, she was very pleasant, reassuring and explained all the information I needed to know. She also gave me a map and recommended some places nearby. The room was spotless, clean and very cosy. The room was a perfect size for solo traveller or couple. There was tea/coffee/ kettle/ fridge and amenities for shower which was a nice touch. There was also a hairdryer which was great as I booked a last min snorkel trip and didn’t bring mine. Location was great. About 5/10 min walk into old town. Supermarket over the road, nearby bakery’s. And the best thing about this room was the air conditioning! Worked brilliantly and was much needed in the hot weather.

Positive: Very close to the old city of Zadar, just a 5 minute walk. Room was spotless clean. Grocery shops, bakery, cofee everything is close.

Positive: Very central to old town, less of a 5 minute walk. Host was very friendly, recommend trips (discounted through her travel agency) and only a message away if you needed any help/assistance.

Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: The apartment was very well equipped and made us feel like at home. Ivana was exceptionally detailed and made our check-in and check out very smooth (after we had delayed flight landing and late departure). The apartment was very clean and very close to the city centre.

Positive: The location is very good. Few minutes walking from the city center and not difficult to park if you are not afraid to put your car on the pavements as they all do. Main entrance hall is not nice being very old fashion and bad smelly but this was expected as I read the reviews. Flat on the contrary is modern, very clean and you can see they really care. Coffee machine, cooking staff, towels... all are provided. Air conditioning is essential in August and worked very well as was the WiFi. The left water and Coke in the fredge and we appreciated. Well done!

Negative: Perhaps a little mould in the shower if I need to be fussy. It's easy to get rid off and all the rest is very clean so this was weird. The entrance hall of the building is how it was for decades and it's time to refresh. The flat entrance is also shared with another one but this really did not hurt me.

Positive: The room was close to the old city. The room was easy to find and we got good instructions how to get there. The room was really clean and there was really good air conditioner. The host was really nice and helped us to make plans for our stay.

Negative: I have nothing bad to say about this accommodation.
