Positive: Exceptional place! A very beautiful apartment which looks even better live than the photos. Don't miss the exceptional view of the sunsets from the western windows! The apartment has everything and even more than you'd expect of this kind of property to have (e.g. it has a washing machine you can use for free, but in most of the other properties of that kind you have to pay for such). Overall, I recommend!

Negative: There were 2-3 mosquitoes for our 2 weeks stay there, so I'd recommend placing a mosquito door net with magnets on the door for the balcony.

Positive: Excellent apartment, very nice host. Small tip for guests - If you want to go to the supermarket or Lidl don't follow the Google/Apple maps route, you can cut directly through the corner of the building block and reach the supermarket in 1min instead of 10min

Positive: By far, the place exceeded my expectations. A lovely, well-located apartment, at walking distance from Kolovare beach. The apartment is very spacious and airy, and very beautifully decorated, with all imaginable comfort. Elza is the kindest, warmest and most accomodating host ever. Thanks once again! Wish we could have stayed longer! ❤️ I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Zadar.

Positive: very clean large modern apartment, comfortable beds with white sheets, fully equipped kitchen (It’s very nice that there is cooking oil, spices, coffee, tea available) and bath with everything you need , beautiful views of the sea and islands from the balcony. good internet. very friendly and pleasant hosts. close to the bus station, there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby
