Positive: I like how clean the room and the toilet and bath are. The owner is also very accommodating. The place is near the banks, grocery, and it's also near my appointment. It's also easy to find a ride in this location.

Negative: Since it's beside the street, so it's noisy especially at night. But you just have to turn on the wall fan to muffle the noise outside.
