Positive: Extremely nice location, very close to a wonderful swimming spot (crystal clear water, lot of fish for snorkelling) - basically we could wee the place from the front Terrasse. Three sleeping rooms each including a bathroom. Nice backyard and pool, extremely calm, 10 min walking to the sand beach. Parking easy at the street.

Negative: It was a bit strange to us to have the bathrooms without a door attached to the sleeping rooms. The smell was a bit moldy so we had to have the doors open all the time.

Positive: The house is amazing. It is ground floor, with private pool, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine if you need it. Pets are also allowed. We were 3 couples and had a great time. The patio is very quiet and the pool is amzingly designed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Positive: Had a lovely stay here with my family. Location was great, the apartment was lovely. We had an amazing holiday staying at Cala Morlanda. The cove right near the apartment had some beautiful views and recommend swimming there. I would def recommend getting up early to see the sunrise. I would recommend this apartment and hope to book again with my family.

Positive: We absolutely loved the apartment and the location and would definately stay again. The pool was a huge benefit with our 2 young boys.

Negative: There does seem to be a slight damp problem in the apartment, it's visible on the lower walls and curtains. Clothes felt damp in wardrobe. Secondly both the kettle and coffee machine were broken, we happily boiled water in a saucepan instead, just thought Thomas who was so lovely should know as I'm not sure how often he gets to see the property himself.

Summary: Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Positive: Great location. Lovely apartment. Kitchen was great. We were confused upon arrival that only 2 of the 3 bedrooms were made up with bed linen. We contacted our host and he stated that since we had booked for 4 guests we were only to use the 2 bedrooms. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment so that my mother and sister would not have to share a room. He told us he was too busy to come and fix the third bedroom but did show up. He gave us a cover for the comforter but we were not allowed to have a pillow case due to 'costs' and were to use a pillow from the other room. Considering the cost of the apartment this was not a great start.

Negative: We were confused if the pool was private or shared, in the listing it says private but inside on a welcome note it says it is shared. The pillows do not have pillow protectors on them under the pillow cases and are cheap ikea pillows. There was some confusion to find it as the address originally coming up was for 2 streets away. I contacted the host and was able to find it using the photo from the listing.

Summary: It is a great location and the apartment was very nice.
