Summary: Our bedroom was beautiful, spacious and clean, we paid a lot extra for a sea view and we had a large balcony, although the sea was only visible if you stood up! I emailed the property in advance of our arrival to ask if the room had bath robe and slippers, I was told that our room did have them so did not pack my own! On arrival I was informed that our room category did not include gown and slippers but as a gesture of goodwill they would provide a gown but no slippers!! When our elderly friends arrived at 18.30 the reception was unattended so they had to wait to check in for over 20 minutes following a long hot flight from UK. There is now a small bar on level 5/6 although it lacks atmosphere is a useful addition to the apartments. Our overall stay was extremely comfortable and I’m sure we will return.

Summary: Clean and nice room and a big terrass. Calm surroundings and peasful just what we wanted. Some missing glass in the kitchen area and very expensive coffee as minor down side.

Summary: The hotel is amazing! Beautiful aesthetics and the room is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and our room was clean every day. The gym was good and we used it daily. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived with a bottle of champagne, rose and card for Valentine's Day. Thank you! I highly recommend the Cala Lanuza suite. You do need to either have a car or be happy to take the tram, which runs every 30 mins.

Summary: The stay within the hotel is amazing. The room, the cleanliness was outstanding. It’s probably the best place we have ever stayed. However, there is only a small beach and 2 restaurants within walking distance. You have to get on the tram which is 8 minutes walk away to get to other locations. We would stay here again but we would definitely rent a car next time.
