Positive: We spent 8 days in the villa. Azita waited for us in the villa, explained how to yo use keys, automatic shutters, lightning and excess to the private beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, has all varieties of tea, ground coffee and capsules for coffee machine, olive oil, bottled water.... In a fridge we found eggs, ham, bread, butter, cheese and welcome wines. It was very handy, we didn't have to drive to a store to buy any food. Four of us used 3 bedrooms and we can find enough privacy for each. I attached sunrise pictures which we enjoyed every morning on the terrace with espresso. Every day was different! Take a swimming shoes if you are planning to swim in a private beach, which is rocky, small, but very nice. We have never been in this part of Spain before. After this vacation we fell in love with Alicante.

Positive: The setting of the villa is fantastic, to wake up to all 180 degree sea views every morning is marvellous. the small square within 5 minutes walk has some great restaurants and is a great option for eating out without travelling

Negative: the local shop is poorly stocked so a trip to the nearest town is needed to stock up, but if you don't have a car the tram stop is only a few minutes walk away

Positive: This is an Exceptional spacious villa, very high quality. Azita is the best and generous hostess whose communication, response times, our welcome goodies and friendliness was simply fabulous. Thank you 😊. The villa is comfortable, spacious and equipped with more than everything you will need. We enjoyed every inch of the spectacular villa and gardens. The infinity pool is a highlight and the view from the main living room is unprecedented. The privacy and security at the villa is very good, and the area is relaxed and upmarket. A small group of local restaurants are worth a visit.

Negative: We found that we needed a car to fully access the bigger local beaches and sea, as we were unable to access the sea directly from the villa beach area because of the rocks/ strong waves in our stay in early June. However, the outside stairs are sturdy and you can access the area in front of the sea. There is a very, very small local beach area 1 minute from the villa gates which was an added attraction.

Summary: An exceptional villa with unique views and the best hostess.

Waking up to the mesmerizing views of the ocean right outside our window was truly magical. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the beautiful furnishings to the top quality of the beds, exceeded all expectations. Positive: The infinity pool and direct sea access created an unrivalled experience. The service provided by the host, Azita, was exceptional; in particular the selection of refreshments and snacks prepared for our arrival. It was a really nice touch after a long drive.
