Positive: The host was so friendly and was in a good communication all the time. We were 5 families in total and we had enough space. I had a problem with payment but they refunded overcharged amount.

Negative: The rooms underground were not so clean as others.

Positive: Ramon is the owner. He was so helpful. We had a tiny issue and he was at the property in minutes and sorted it out. You can tell a lot about a property when it’s clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Negative: The pool was empty. We didn’t know about this until we arrived which was very disappointing. But didn’t spoil our stay too much.
