Summary: Everything was perfect. Seamless check in, high end mattresses, linens, and fully equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean with great water pressure in all showers. Easy walk to train and beach. Lots of local grocery stores and amazing tapas at El Marina just steps away. We highly recommend this home and our hosts were so helpful and kind. Thank you again.

Summary: We were a family of 12x with 4x kids that were 8-11 years of age and the house was plenty big for all of us. The house has age and character, but is very quiet with the doors closed and each or the sleeping rooms has its individual AC unit so it’s very comfortable on those hot days. You are a 10min walk to the train, 4 min walk to the beach, and bars/food just around the corner. I would love the opportunity to stay there again.

Summary: We were 6 couples staying for 5 nights and we were so pleased with the experience! The house itself is well maintained and immaculate! There was plenty of room for privacy and socializing. Each couple had their own bedroom with comfortable beds and their own bathroom. It was only a 15 min walk to catch the train and a beautiful beach is very close as well. There were plenty of places to shop and eat within a very short distance. Absolutely no need for a car. We also appreciated that there was a Catholic Church just around the corner and took advantage of Mass there. Overall it was an awesome experience! Our host Maria and her husband Oscar were there to greet us, show us around and even helped arrange a taxi back to the airport. Then, for a very reasonable price, they came back one evening and prepared Paella for all of us! It was delicious!!! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Summary: Our family and friends had an incredible time staying in this charming, beautiful, quaint home outside of Barcelona. With easy access to the city, this spacious, old world home offered us the balance of big city tourism and R&R time while in Barcelona. In addition to the stay, the hosts offered a unique private, custom paella and cream dessert experience that was as good as it gets. When we come back to Barcelona, we will surely repeat our stay.

Summary: We were a large group of two families (11 people) staying for a few nights. The house has wonderful charm and character and the short walk to the beach after a hot day in Barcelona was something to look forward to. Summary: The home is in a suburb of Barcelona, about 45 minutes to the center of town. It is well maintained and clean. The host was gracious and gave us a great deal of information about the neighborhood. Although the apartment has five bedrooms, three of those bedrooms are on the third floor and are shared by a single AC unit and one bathroom which is a privacy nuisance to those wanting a private bedroom and bathroom.

Summary: We were an extended family of 10 traveling in Spain for 2.5 weeks and we spent our final 5 days of our vacation in Premia de Mar relaxing at the beach and exploring Barcelona. The hosts were fabulous and the property was so lovely and worked perfect for our large family. I would highly recommend this special home!
