Positive: Spacious property. Has everything you need. Good value for money. Location is quite isolated, very peaceful, though is only a short drive to Llandudno, Conwy etc.
Negative: Only access to property is via quite steep single track roads, which could be offputting for some. Decor of property could do with a refresh in places.

Positive: Greta location Secluded and peaceful But also close enough to Llandudno/conwy (10min drive) Good value for money to have an entire house to ourselves Good showers and water pressure Beds good size and comfortable Good storage space in bedrooms
Negative: There was a musky damp smell- would recommend leaving windows open before guests check in for air flow Dusting and cleaning could be improved- sneezing excessively a couple days in including our infant Knives could be sharpened - struggled to cut food with it BBQ could be refreshed Generally amenities could be refreshed and cleaned better

Positive: The pictures don't do this place justice. The cottage itself is beautiful - spacious and cosy but with modern amenities, super clean and really generously stocked with towels/kitchen essentials/dishwasher tablets etc. The beds were comfortable and the master room has a large double, while the other two rooms are twins. We arrived on Easter Sunday and the host had also left some eggs for the kids, which was a lovely touch! Then you have the surroundings. It's really private with loads of outside space, great for evening meals if you have the weather, which luckily we did. You look out onto a forested area on one side and a field with horses on the other. It's close to Conwy by car but also feels quite secluded. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay. We've already recommended it to family and are looking forward to coming back!
