Positive: it was very inexpensive. good location only 15 minutes away from a wedding at West Point we were there to attend. It was clean and it had nice big cable tv and the bathroom had new fixtures

Negative: the window airconditioner is loud. the room door only had a handle lock, no dead bolt and it needed weatherstripping .

Summary: this is a very basic budget friendly room. the hard working owners were eager to please

Positive: It is an older motel that has been renovated with new laminate flooring, a new tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. It was very clean. The mattress and pillows were firm and comfortable. The owners were friendly and fixed a problem within minutes.

Negative: I can see that the owners are working hard to continue to improve. Can’t wait to see what it will look like the next time we go there.

Summary: Good place to stay close to West Point.
