Positive: The condo was decorated in a caddy shack theme and was all we could have asked for. The hosts were responsive and extremely accommodating. My family will absolutely be staying here every time we visit our son at FSU. Love the course and the restaurant... miss the previous chef, though!!!

Positive: Plenty of space in the condo and easy parking. Pool available. Beautiful and peaceful view.

Negative: The host was not helpful and quit communicating when we encountered problems with he dishwasher. There was one attempt at a solution, however when that did not work there was no more communication or help. We ended up having to wash all the dishes when we paid to have a working dishwasher. The lack of communication is so disappointing. The floors were dirty and there was animal hair on the comforter in our room.

Positive: Everything about the property was excellent and we really enjoyed the pool! The condo was beautiful and felt private.

Negative: Our check out time for the room and property was set and agreed upon for 10am. At 9am, the cleaning crew sat outside the entrance of the condo, and literally waited for us to leave. That made us feel rushed, even though we were not late for checking out at all and less welcome overall.

Summary: I would definitely visit here again.

Positive: We loved the place. It was so very clean and neat. It was comfortable. We even did not have a problem with the alligators being out in the lake out back. We would definitely recommend this and we will be going there again next time!
