Summary: The staff were all very friendly and kind, we stayed in a lovely house boat. (It looked in the pic as if all house boats were on the key but we were enclosed between 2 others) It was still lovely though. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and the lounge area and tv were great. We were 2 hours early so the receptionist and cleaner got all the clean laundry and finished the boat together so we could get in. (Very considerate and smiley) The pool and surrounding area were very clean and comfortable.

Summary: Our room was not clean on arrival after the office had closed for the day. The on call maintenance person got on it right away and we had our cabin in about an hour. Had we arrived late at night, this could have presented a problem. Overall the stay was great but there needs to be a process in place to make sure all cabins are ready before the office closes for the day.

Summary: Expedia had our rental as a "deluxe Bungalow" which we thought was one of the nice cabins. when we checked in we were assigned a houseboat. The nice lady said that Expedia called a houseboat a deluxe bungalow and the "aqua lodge" was all that was available. She showed it to us, and it was very nice. It was smaller than the cabin but had separate sleeping quarters which we needed. This is a nice property, clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptional. We will definitely return, on boat or on land.
