Positive: Absolutely perfect location, just steps from the beach. Lovely garden and clean, tidy rooms with good A/C. Friendly staff and even friendlier dogs. The community kitchen is a big bonus, although the utensils, etc. could use an upgrade. Hammocks at each room and by the beach as well.

Summary: Excellent spot to feel the magic of Ayampe.

Positive: Deck with view on the sea in the restaurant.

Negative: Absolutely no privacy. /tranquility. Cabaña was next to the entrance of the restaurant and there are no closable windows in the cabaña. Light in the Cabaña was not working. Wifi poor signal in the room. Weird request to pay half of the price on external platform via whatsapp. 10% credit card fee and no change money for cash payments. No view to the sea from the cabaña. We had to pass through the restaurant or the muddy parking lot to access the beach.

Summary: Nice area and clean room but several short comings

Positive: Beautiful property right on the beach. And an easy walk to anything in Ayampe. Perfect location. Also it’s really nice having shady spots on the beach in front of the hotel for long days on the beach. I’ve stayed three places in Ayampe now - all were great in their own way, but I think I’ll check here first the next time I visit.

Negative: The bed in our cabaña was very firm and he sheets were a little rough. Also the wall between bathroom and bedroom in the cabaña didn’t extend all the way to the ceiling so it wasn’t too private but not a big deal for us.

Positive: Great restaurant on site. Cabins very nice and private, included hammock and little table outside on porch. Some with sea view. Quick walk to beach right out front. Beach is long and flat, great for walking. Surf wasn't great while we were there - close out beach break. Access to outdoor kitchen area with free drinking water and fridge available. Small pool close by.

Negative: Hot - little airflow in the cabin and very steamy. Mosquitos pretty insistent.

Summary: Lovely beach bungalows.
