Positive: The view alone would have made this a beautiful place, you wake up looking at a absolutely stunning river view. The host was most friendly and stayed to chat for a while.

Negative: The fishing in the river was not great:)

Negative: Cabaña 2 is rustic and could do with some updates. It looks quite different to the photos, and the advertised washing machine (for which we booked the place after some hiking days) does not exist.

Positive: This house is really big and had all we needed. The bed is very comfortable and everything is spotless clean. We had a big terrace with an amazing view of the river. With the car it took us not even 5 minutes to get to restaurants and supermarkets. The owner is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you are in Cochrane.

Positive: The owner is super friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. It was an ok accommodation to stay for 1 night.

Negative: Not very responsive to messages on Booking, there are a few cabanas in this location, each owned by different family members. It would have been good to have access to the owners phone number, as the number I called was the owners father, as he owns another cabana on the same site.

Positive: Spacious cabin with everything needed - solid fuel stove, kitchen, etc. Lovely quiet location with nice views over the river Alejandro was very helpful - great communication and very friendly. Also dropped us over extra wood for the stove on our 3rd day.

Negative: Shower was a bit temperamental Bed was a bit lumpy but didn't stop me from sleeping well

Positive: The cabin is in front of a small river and has a nice view. It’s just outside the main Cochrane town (about 2-mins drive )

Negative: The wood burner isn’t very efficient and took a little while to heat up the cabin.
