Negative: Heating was off when we arrived . We froze for over 2 days . This is a big house that would take 3 days to bring it up to habitable in the middle of winter.

Summary: Great location. Fab town . Very disappointing to arrive in a stone cold large older house.

Positive: Great location, lovely authentic classic Mallorquin house.

Negative: I had difficulty finding out how to set up the heating, but when I contacted the property manager they followed up immediately, the owner (super nice gentleman) came to the house within 15 mins and explained how it works and the house was heated in no time.

Negative: House is lovely but for four bedrooms just one main bathroom is not enough, downstairs shower room was helpful but water supply did not allow two showers (or even toothbrushing) at the same time. Balcony and outdoor area fabulous!
