Positive: The hotel helped us arrange a paid car to pick up and drop off at the Modena train station, which was very convenient. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very welcoming, and prepared coffee and hot chocolate for us. Everything here is very warm.

Positive: The property was very clean and modern. It was great to have a mini fridge and our room was very spacious and well laid out for 3 people. We loved that it had air con. It was as in a very quiet area and we felt safe and comfortable. We liked that we could have a table and chairs downstairs to have our take away pizza. We had breakfast twice which we thoroughly enjoyed. The scrambled eggs were the best I’ve ever had and we loved the fresh fruit and fresh juice. The gluten free person was extremely well catered for which we very much appreciated. It was the only place during our trip where I was able to order a pot of tea with lots of milk, just the way I like it, this was a highlight! 😂 Fabio and his mum were excellent hosts and just so lovely, we can’t recommend them enough! They took all the stress out of our trip to Maranello and I don’t know what we would have done without Fabio’s help. The lady doing the cleaning was just as lovely and helpful when I locked myself out of our room twice.

The whole property was beautifully designed, with a unique Formula 1 theme that added an additional atmosphere since we’re about to visit Formula 1 race and our room also had thoughtful touch, every detail reflected the character of the track it was named after. The interior was stylish, comfortable, and clearly created with care. The breakfast was really delicious and the entire atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner was especially kind and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, personality, and great hospitality!
